Machine Specifications Spindle Diameter: 130 mm X-Axis: 4000 mm Y-Axis: 2500 mm Z-Axis: 1600 mm W-Axis: 700 mm Table Load Capacity: Up to 20 Tonnes Job Summary We are looking for an experienced CNC HBM / HMC Operator with strong experience in operating large-format CNC machining centres, preferably HNK CNC Horizontal Boring Machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, tool setting, workpiece loading/unloading, dimensional inspection, machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and maintaining production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor HNK CNC Horizontal Boring Machines. Set up machines, cutting tools, fixtures and work-holding accessories. Load and unload large and heavy workpieces safely. Make necessary tool and machine offsets/adjustments during production. Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications. Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth production. Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other gauges. Follow GD&T requirements while machining and inspecting components. Perform basic machine troubleshooting and minor maintenance. Check coolant/fluid levels and machine condition. Maintain production, inspection and machine-operation records. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Required Skills Minimum 7 years of CNC HMC/HBM operating experience. HNK CNC Horizontal Boring Machine experience preferred. CNC programming knowledge. Strong engineering drawing/blueprint reading skills. Knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes. Good knowledge of measuring instruments. Understanding of GD&T. Basic troubleshooting knowledge. Ability to work with large/heavy components. Good teamwork and problem-solving skills. Qualification ITI / Diploma / BE / Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. Technical training or CNC machining certification will be an added advantage. Preferred / Additional Skills MASTERCAM knowledge. CNC programming and machining knowledge. Machine troubleshooting. Independent problem-solving.
