About the Role We are looking for freshers who are interested in building a career in the Machine Shop / Manufacturing industry. Candidates should have basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machines and a willingness to learn machine operations and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in operating CNC / VMC machines under supervision. Learn basic machine operating procedures and production processes. Understand machine shop and manufacturing fundamentals. Follow production instructions, work procedures and safety guidelines. Perform basic component inspection and measurement. Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the machine shop. Support the team in achieving production and quality requirements. Willingness to learn CNC/VMC machine operation and basic shop-floor practices. Candidate Requirements Freshers are encouraged to apply. Any UG / PG qualification. Basic knowledge of Machine Shop / Manufacturing is preferred. Interest in learning CNC / VMC machine operation. Good discipline, attendance and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
