Job Summary We are looking for a Quality Line Inspector to perform in-process and final quality inspections, ensure products meet engineering drawings and quality standards, and maintain accurate inspection records. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-process and final inspection of components as per quality standards. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and specifications. • Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, and other measuring instruments. • Check components for dimensional accuracy, defects, and quality compliance. • Monitor production quality and identify deviations or non-conformities. • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, measurement reports, and quality records. • Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues. • Ensure proper identification and segregation of OK / Rejected / Rework components. • Support measurement and inspection activities during production. • Maintain proper documentation and follow company quality procedures and safety standards. Required Skills • Basic knowledge of QC / Quality Inspection. • Good understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances. • Hands-on knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, and measuring instruments. • Good observation and measurement skills. • Basic knowledge of quality reporting and documentation. • Willingness to work in a manufacturing / machine-shop environment. • Freshers with relevant Mechanical qualification can apply.Apply Now
