About the Role We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage sourcing, procurement, vendor coordination, and timely material follow-ups for engineering and manufacturing requirements. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end supply chain, procurement, and sourcing activities. • Handle job work and outsourced material follow-ups. • Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors. • Coordinate with vendors for casting, grinding, milling, drilling, plating, and machining requirements. • Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules. • Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending materials. • Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and commercial conditions. • Develop alternate suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production. • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Purchase teams. • Monitor outsourced components and job-work completion. • Resolve vendor-related quality, delivery, and quantity issues. • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation. • Monitor vendor performance and support cost-reduction initiatives. Required Skills • Vendor Management & Development • Job Work & Outsourced Material Follow-up • Knowledge of Casting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Plating & Machining • Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities • Experience in machine-shop or engineering-component sourcing is preferred. • Candidates with hands-on experience in vendor development, procurement, and outsourced job-work coordination are preferred. • Ability to independently manage suppliers and procurement activities.Apply Now
