Job Description: • Set and operate VMC machines according to production requirements. • Read, understand, and edit CNC/VMC programs. • Perform basic CNC/VMC programming and program corrections. • Work with Fanuc CNC controls. • Understand and apply G-Code and M-Code. • Perform machine setting, tool setting, and tool changing. • Manage X, Y & Z axis operations accurately. • Perform tool offset and work offset setting and corrections. • Monitor machining parameters and ensure dimensional accuracy. • Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks. • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. • Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers. • Understand and apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). • Troubleshoot basic machining and setting issues. • Maintain production, quality, and safety standards.
